It was at this point the farsighted promoters with their vast resources and experience in industry as well as trade decided to get themselves into this potential area of business.
BBL finance Ltd., was incorporated in 1991 with the sole aim of private financing/leasing and hire purchase investments.
The company has its registered office in New Delhi and is being led by  Rahul Goyal, an experienced finance professional who has already taken the company to considerable heights since its formation.

The main activities of the company are: To finance  purchase of land and buildings, construction of residential complexes, housing colonies, factories, machinery and equipments, surface transport vehicles, steamers and aircraft’s, ancillaries, small and medium scale industries, return oriented trading, (viz. Companies, corporations, undertaking, departmental stores etc.) To act / conduct business as financial consultants, advisory services and other financial related consultancy activities. To lend money on terms to customers or other persons on appropriate terms. Engage in business related to foreign investments in India on turnkey basis.
